HIGHLIGHTS

The contest is open to Prevost fans and owners who have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of legal residence in Canada or the Unites States at the time of entry.
The entry period runs from June 29, 2026 through August 14, 2026 (the “Promotion period”).
The voting period runs from July 15, 2026 through August 14, 2026.
Eligible vehicles include Prevost motorcoaches in operation during the Contest Period, including charter, tour, entertainer, conversion, commercial, and private-use coaches.
Entrants may submit one original photo per category, per email address during the Promotion period.
All submitted photos must be original, owned by the entrant (or submitted with permission), and may not contain watermarks or unauthorized material.
All submitted photographs must not include any person or any identifiable likeness of a person, whether directly or indirectly (including reflections, silhouettes, or partial images).
Potential winners will be notified on or before August 28, 2026.
Entrants retain ownership of their submitted photos but grant Prevost a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use submitted photos for promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial, or commercial purposes without additional compensation.

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY

The 2027 Prevost Calendar Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all Prevost fans who have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of legal residence in Canada or the United States at the time of entry. Officers, directors, employees, and agents of the Volvo Group, Prevost (“Sponsor”), and their respective affiliated companies, agencies, and immediate families (and/or those living in the same household of each such person, whether or not related) are not eligible to participate. The Contest is governed by U.S. law for entrants residing in the United States, is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited. For entrants residing in Canada, the Contest is governed by Canadian law, is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m.
Eastern Time on August 14, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entrants are encouraged to enter prior to the beginning of the voting period on July 15, 2026. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.

To enter the Contest, upload a photo of a Prevost vehicle to the Entry tab of the voting platform and provide an email address. Eligibility for the Contest is open to photos of Prevost motorcoaches in operation during the Contest Period, including but not limited to charter, tour, entertainer, conversion, or other commercial or private-use coaches. All submitted photographs must not include any person or any identifiable likeness of a person, whether directly or indirectly (including reflections, silhouettes, or partial images). Sponsor reserves the right to verify vehicle ownership and operational status.

Each Entrant may submit one photo per category, per email address during the Promotion Period. By entering, Entrant represents and warrants that their entry is original, that they are the sole owner of all rights in the photo, and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, right to privacy or publicity. No group entries are permitted.

Photos submitted as part of an entry must be the property of the Entrant or submitted with the permission of the copyright holder. No portion of the entry may contain the trademark, trade name, logo, or otherwise infringe any right of any third party, including any intellectual property right or right to privacy or publicity. No watermarks will be accepted on submission photos.

Entries must consist solely of original photographs. Images created, synthesized, or generated using artificial intelligence (AI) tools or computer-generated (CG) software are not permitted.

Submitting an entry that is copyrighted by another individual may make the Entrant responsible for any legal action taken by the copyright holder. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes is not the Entrant’s original work, has already been published, violates the rights of any person or entity, contains offensive, indecent, defamatory, vulgar, or profane content, or contains fraudulent or false information.

By entering, Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies and affiliates, employees, representatives, contractors, advertisers, and social media platforms from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs, or claims (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to: (i) any breach of the Entrant’s representations and warranties; (ii) any infringement or alleged infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any third party; (iii) participation in the Contest; and (iv) the publication of submitted photos, videos, and entry information.

SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS

The 24 photographs receiving the highest number of votes will be reviewed and voted on by a selection of Prevost panelists. The top 12 images will be selected to be featured in the 2027 Prevost calendar. If fewer than the desired number of selected participants are identified, Sponsor may select additional entries based on overall vote totals. Eligible vehicles must be Prevost motorcoaches. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Sponsor reserves the right to establish and modify vehicle categories at its sole discretion.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Prevost reserves the right to seek additional verification from a vehicle owner regarding ownership, operational status, or eligibility.

Being selected for inclusion in the Prevost calendar is contingent upon fulfillment of all applicable conditions set forth herein, including for Canadian residents, correctly answering the skill-testing question. Potential winners will be notified by a Prevost administrator on or before August 28, 2026.

In the event a selected entry is determined to be ineligible or disqualified, or if a potential winner fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (for Canadian residents), Sponsor may select an alternate eligible entry using the same criteria applied to the original selection.

PRIZES

GRAND PRIZE

There are twelve (12) Grand Prizes available to be won. Each of the 12 selected entries will receive:

A featured spot in the 2027 Prevost Calendar;
Twenty-five (25) complimentary calendars (approximate resale value: US$10/CA$15; total approximate prize value per winner: US$250[25×$10], CA$375[25x$15])

No cash equivalent or prize substitution will be provided, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

SECONDARY PRIZES

All submitted photos may be featured across Prevost’s official social media channels and marketing platforms in accordance with the license granted in these Official Rules.

To be tagged in social media posts, entrants must provide their company’s social media handles on the entry form. Individual or personal social media accounts may not be tagged. Captions may be created using information provided in the Description field of the entry form.

CONDITIONS OF CLAIMING PRIZE

Once notified, potential winners must respond to the email address provided by the Sponsor within seven (7) calendar days of notification and provide their complete legal name and mailing address and the Release Form duly signed.

The Release Form requires each potential winner, as a condition of being confirmed as a winner and receiving a prize, to assign to Sponsor all right, title, and interest in and to the winning submitted photo and to waive any moral rights therein, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Canadian residents who are selected as potential winners will be required to complete a Release Form and to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as a condition of receiving a prize. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Potential winners are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor, to the extent permitted by applicable laws. A prize may be forfeited and awarded to another eligible entrant if the potential winner is determined to be ineligible, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (for Canadian residents), or if Sponsor reasonably believes awarding the prize may expose Sponsor to legal claims or litigation.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, by entering, Entrants agree to release Sponsor from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Contest or the receipt or use of any prize.

VOTING

The voting period on the voting platform runs from July 15, 2026 through August 14, 2026.

An email address is collected for voting verification purposes. Voting is limited to one (1) vote per day, per category, except during designated bonus vote promotions when voting multipliers may be offered.

Any vote exchange program, vote-for-vote arrangement, automated voting method, bot voting, creation of multiple email accounts for voting purposes, purchase of votes, or any similar activity intended to manipulate voting results is strictly prohibited.

Any Entrant found engaging in such conduct may be disqualified from this and future Prevost contests, and all associated entries may be voided.

Voters must provide a valid email address. Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate any vote deemed fraudulent or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.

GENERAL

By participating, each Entrant agrees:

To be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements; and
To be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, or illegible entries;
Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission;
Theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entry materials;
Technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware, software, or Internet malfunctions;
Failure to receive or process entry information due to technical problems or Internet traffic congestion;
Injury or damage to any person’s computer or device arising from participation in the Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has violated these Official Rules.

By accepting a prize or participating in this Contest, each winner and entrant irrevocably grants Sponsor the right to use their name, biographical information, and statements relating to the Contest or Sponsor, without further compensation, in any media worldwide and in perpetuity for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes.

By submitting a photo as part of the Contest, each Entrant retains ownership of the submitted photo but grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display all submitted photos and any related entry information in any media now known or hereafter developed, for promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial, or commercial purposes, without additional compensation. Each individual Entrant waives the exercise of any moral rights that they own or may own in the submitted photos to the benefit of the Sponsor and its successors and assigns.

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, viruses, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

If the Contest is terminated prior to its scheduled end date, Sponsor may determine potential winners from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.

Notice of any suspension or termination may be posted through Prevost’s official communication channels.

Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

DISCLAIMERS

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Sponsor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including property damage, personal injury, or death arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. If any release contained herein is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, Entrant agrees that – if permitted by applicable laws:

Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Contest shall be resolved individually and not through any form of class action
Any recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Contest and shall not include attorneys’ fees; and
Entrant waives all rights to punitive, incidental, consequential, multiplied, or enhanced damages.

Entrant acknowledges that Sponsor has made no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding any prize, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, appearance, safety, or performance. Confirmed winners bear all risk of loss or damage to prizes once delivered, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https: https://prevostcar.com/privacy-legal, https://prevostcar.com/fr/privacy-legal.
